Management Operating Blueprint (MOB)

The Management Operating Blueprint is a means of gathering and using information to aid and coordinate the planning and operating decisions throughout an organization and to guide the behavior of its management and other employees.

Process

A process is a representation of the activities, steps, or flow of a given task. It aims to provide a clear and detailed illustration of how a process operates, from a starting point until it produces an end result. This exercise helps identify bottlenecks, repetitions, and delays. Process mapping also helps visualize any process boundaries and process ownership and responsibility.

People

People are the driving factor of a company. Hence, they undergo various assessments to meet the company's end goals.
